Week 4: Staying with yourself.

Simple somatic tools that actually work for frozen bodies. Not breathwork that makes you more anxious. Not meditation that makes you dissociate. Tools that help you stay.

By the end, you’ll have a way back into your body when you leave it.

Weeks 5–10: The patterns running your life.

The moment before you disappear. How you make yourself smaller. The truths you swallow. The ways you abandon yourself to keep the peace.

About me:

I’m Sarah.

I spent years numb, overfunctioning, and performing fine while falling apart inside. I understood my patterns – I could explain them perfectly – but my body still didn’t feel like home.

I found my way back. Not through more books or more thinking. Through my body. Through learning to stay with myself when everything in me wanted to leave.

Now I help others do the same.

I’m a somatic practitioner, nervous system specialist, and someone who’s lived everything I teach.

When does it start? January 19, 2026. Content drops weekly for 10 weeks.

How is content delivered? Through Telegram. You’ll get access to a private channel (where teachings drop) and a group chat (where we connect and share).

What if I fall behind? You won’t be kicked out. The content stays. Go at your pace. The group is there when you need it.
