You’ve been numb long enough

You’ve read the books. Done the therapy. Understood your patterns inside and out. And you’re still disconnected from yourself.
That’s because trauma doesn’t live in your mind. It lives in your nervous system. And your body won’t heal through understanding alone. It also won’t heal in isolation.
Your nervous system learned to shut down in relationship – and it needs to learn safety in relationship too. That’s co-regulation. That’s why courses you do alone don’t work. That’s why reading another book won’t fix this.
