the descent – a 30 Day Self-Return Program

You know that feeling – like somewhere along the way, you stopped being you? You performed. You pleased. You went numb. You kept going when everything in you wanted to stop. This is where you find out who’s still there.

30 Daily Audios

Each day I walk you in with a guided audio so you’re not doing this alone.

Prompts that go somewhere

Not vague journaling. Specific questions that help you name what you’ve been avoiding.

A Poetic Anchor

A short piece each day to land you before you begin.

Weekly Reflection

Space to witness what’s shifting before you move to the next phase.

Week 1 – The Breaking Focus

Where pretending stops working.

Week 2 – The burial

Where you feel what you’ve been carrying.

Week 3 – The Reckoning

Where you get angry, get honest, get clear.

Week 4 – The Return

Where you come back to yourself – not fixed, but whole.

How much time does this take each day?

The Descent is gentle. Most days require only 15–20 minutes of reflection. It is designed to fit into your life, not to overwhelm it.

Is this safe if I’ve had deep trauma?

This program is a supportive tool for self-exploration. However, if you are navigating acute trauma, I recommend working through these prompts alongside a therapist or professional counselor. Always prioritize your safety.

Do I need a Separate Notebook?

Yes. The Descent is designed as a focused guide to keep your practice sacred and lean. You will need your own dedicated journal or notebook to record your reflections. This allows you the space to write as much or as little as your body needs each day.

How do I access the audio prompts?

Each threshold includes embedded links to guided audio. Simply listen as you settle into your space, allowing my voice to hold the container for your descent.
