A Distance Chakra Alignment Session helps you release blockages, restore flow, and reconnect to your inner energy. The chakras are your body’s seven main centers. Each one supports different physical, emotional, and spiritual functions. When they become blocked or misaligned, you may feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. In contrast, when alignment is restored, energy begins moving freely again. As a result, you feel grounded, clear, and whole.”

Distance sessions work just as powerfully as in-person healing. Because energy knows no boundaries, chakra alignment can be channeled to you wherever you are. In addition, receiving from your own space often feels safer and more restorative.  This means you can receive deep rebalancing in the comfort of your own home.

This 75-minute session includes a full chakra scan, clearing, and personalized feedback. Therefore, you leave with both energetic alignment and practical steps to continue your healing journey.

What a Chakra Alignment Session Entails

First, we set an intention. You’ll identify the areas where you need support, such as anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a desire to reconnect with your inner voice.

Next, I scan and align your chakras using Reiki and crystal support. I tune into each energy center — root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown — to sense blockages and restore flow.

Then, you may feel warmth, tingling, or lightness as your system rebalances. Some clients drop into deep relaxation. Meanwhile, others notice renewed clarity or a surge of energy.

After that, Integration: I share reflections and intuitive impressions so you can understand what shifted and how to continue supporting your alignment.
