In fact, you don’t have to be in the same room, or even the same country, for this work to reach you. Energy is not bound by time or space. In each session, I combine Reiki with the vibrational support of crystals. Reiki helps restore balance to your nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and support your body’s natural healing process. In addition, crystals carry their own frequencies. When paired with Reiki, they amplify energy flow and guide it to where your body and spirit need it most.

This 90-minute distance Reiki crystal healing session allows time for deep release and alignment. Finally, we close with sharing insights and integration so you leave with clarity.

Intention Setting: Before we begin, you’ll share what’s on your heart. For example, this may be stress, emotional numbness, anxiety, physical tension, or a desire for reconnection.

Energetic Alignment: During the session, I channel Reiki energy and use crystals placed on my altar as a representation of your body. Therefore, this supports specific chakras, emotions, or areas of imbalance.

Deep Rest and Release: Most people feel warmth, tingling, or deep peace. Sometimes, clients experience emotional release through crying, yawning, or sudden lightness. On the other hand, others feel grounded and calm afterward.
